The Grotto Spa and Cape Town Etc

1. The competition is open to all followers of The Grotto Spa and the audience of Cape Town Etc. (hereinafter referred to as “The Organisers”).
2. Competition opens 1 February 2024 and ends 12 February 2024.
3. Entrants are required to be followers/fans of The Grotto Spa’s Instagram or Facebook or Tik Tok pages.
4. Entrants are required to fill out the entry form on Cape Town Etc.
5. Winners will be announced on The Grotto Spa’s social media platforms.
6. The entrants stand the chance of winning an exclusive full-day spa experience for two at The Grotto Spa
7. The prize is valued at R4 000.00.
8. The prize must be redeemed before the (6-month date after voucher is issued).
9. Booking dates are subject to availability and exclude public holidays and peak periods.
10. Winners will be determined by a random draw by The Organisers.
11. The prize does not include travel to and from The Grotto Spa.
12. The Organisers will contact the winner via email or by telephone, if available. Should the winner not respond within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the announcement has been made, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be drawn and announced.
13. The Organisers accept no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any network or any late, lost, or corrupted entries. The Organisers are not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any consequences of user error.
14. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
15. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Organisers will not be held responsible for any disputes arising from the competition or prizes awarded.
16. Winners will use the prizes at their own risk. The Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death that is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using the prize.
17. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, modify or amend the competition at any time, if deemed necessary in its opinion and if circumstances out of their control should arise.
18. The Organisers reserve the right to photograph and publish the winners’ names in any printed media or any other relevant media upon the winners being consulted and agree to the above.
19. Should any of the winners be found not to have complied with these rules, he/she may be automatically disqualified.
20. Any expense/s which may result from the possession of and/or use of the prize/s is the sole responsibility of the winner.
21. Entry Eligibility: Unless explicitly specified otherwise in the competition section below, individuals who are at least 18 years old and natural persons are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are individuals serving as suppliers of goods or services related to this competition, as well as directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of The Grotto Spa or any entity under its direct or indirect control. Additionally, the competition is not open to spouses, life partners, parents, children, siblings, or business partners of the aforementioned individuals.
